This policy explains what information ("we") collects and how we use it. We collect as little as possible.
1. Your resume content
Everything you type into the builder (your name, contact details, work history and any job post you paste) is saved in your own browser's local storage. We do not store it on our servers. The ATS scan runs entirely in your browser. If you clear your browser data, your resume is deleted, so keep a backup with the "Save file" button.
2. AI Copilot
When you click an AI Copilot button, the text of your resume and, if you pasted one, the job post are sent through our server to our AI provider, , to generate that one answer. We do not keep a copy of this content after the answer is returned, and we do not use it to train AI models. Our AI provider processes it under its commercial terms, which do not allow it to train models on this data by default. AI Copilot only runs when you click a button; nothing is sent automatically.
3. Payments and license keys
If you buy Pro, payment is handled by , which acts as the merchant of record. They collect your name, email, billing address and payment details to process the order and meet tax rules. We receive your email, plan and order details so we can provide Pro and support. We never see or store your full card details. Your Pro license key is saved in your browser, and each time it's checked (when you unlock Pro or use AI) it is sent to the payment partner to confirm it's valid and to count AI requests.
4. Support emails
If you email us, we keep the conversation so we can help you and keep a record of support requests.
5. Hosting, fonts and basic logs
Our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a limited time. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are downloaded.
6. Cookies
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The builder uses your browser's local storage only to save your resume, your job post and your license key on your device.
7. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers named above (payments, AI, hosting, fonts) as needed to run the Service, or when required by law.
8. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you (for example, your purchase email) by emailing us. Your resume can be deleted at any time with the "Clear" button or by clearing your browser data.
9. Children
The Service is intended for adults looking for work and is not directed at children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date at the top when we do.
