We want you to be happy with . You can try every core feature on the free plan before paying.
7-day refund on your first payment
If Pro isn't right for you, email within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full. No long explanation needed.
Renewals
You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Renewal payments are generally not refunded, but if you were charged for a renewal you didn't intend, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we'll review it.
Problems with the Service
If a Pro feature doesn't work as described, for example the AI Copilot is unavailable for an extended period, and we can't fix it, we'll refund the affected payment.
AI requests
Unused AI requests don't carry over and aren't refunded separately, but they never stop you from getting the 7-day refund above.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment partner (the merchant of record) and usually arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
