Questions
What do I get right after paying?
Your receipt email includes a Pro license key. In the builder, click "Unlock Pro" and paste the key. The AI Copilot and all templates unlock straight away.
What counts as an AI request?
Each click on Generate summary, Improve bullets, Tailor my resume or Write cover letter is one request. Your monthly allowance resets with each billing period. The ATS scan is free and unlimited.
Will the AI make up experience for me?
No. It's instructed to use only what's on your resume and to leave a [placeholder] where a number would help. AI can still make mistakes, so always read the result and accept only what's true.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email or by contacting us. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. See our Refund Policy. If Pro isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment.
Does a high score guarantee interviews?
No. The score and AI suggestions follow common ATS and recruiter best practices. They improve your resume, but no tool can guarantee an interview or a job.
Where is my data stored?
Your resume is stored in your own browser. When you use an AI tool, that request's resume text is sent to our AI provider to generate the answer. See the Privacy Policy.
